March 9th 6-7pm
Group Class:
Somatic Flow ~ Emotional Awareness
Flow with us at Little Blueberryy in Saugerties, NY
March 9th 6 to 7pm
Do you ever feel like you’re stuck in your head? Let’s drop into the body! Through a mix of yoga, meditation, and embodied movement, this class will start to teach you how to connect to emotions stored in your body. Our mind can keep us stuck in unhelpful loops, but the body holds the key to unlocking it. During class you will be guided through exercises and meditations to help you build somatic awareness of emotions in the body, connect to your energy centers, and connect to parts of yourself that could benefit from self-compassion. Lastly, you will participate in exercises with the purpose of expressing specific emotions through movement and end with a relaxing restorative yoga flow.
